The council of the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Monday, delisted Afprint Plc from its daily official list.

The company had earlier applied for delistment after a resolution by the shareholders at an extra-ordinary general meeting held recently in Lagos.

Academy Press Plc has recorded a 44 per cent rise in its profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2009.

Its profit after tax closed for the period under review at N74.68m, representing a rise by 44 per cent or N22.97m compared with N51.71m recorded in the similar period of 2008...
