Olufemi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and an Associate Member of the Institutes of Chartered Taxation, Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Management Consultants, and the Nigerian Guild of Editors. A hands-on professional with an impeccable portfolio of commercial and consulting achievements garnered during the course of 22 years of progressive responsibility and results with well-known professional and product firms locally and internationally.

Firms worked with include PricewaterhouseCoopers, UAC of Nigeria, Eterna Oil & Gas Plc, Phillips Consulting, Fountain Trust Bank, British American Tobacco where he left as the Head of Treasury and Management Accounts.
Olufemi enjoys the internet, finance, basketball and football, as much as facilitating sessions and engaging in research. He relishes the opportunity to contribute to the development of new management practices and has written (and continues to) several and well-published articles on varying management subjects.
He is the principal partner of Awoyemi & Co. (Chartered Accountants); Associate of Change Management Associates; member, Membership and Publicity & Publications Committees of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and former editorial board member of Financial Standard Newspapers and the Lagos Business School Alumni Magazine.
He is at present, Managing Director/CEO of Proshare Invest-Africa, owners of www.proshareng.com investment analyst and services online platform, a position held since 2006 after previously serving as the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of P2P Media Partners Limited, Director of The Investment Club Network of Nigeria; Independent Board Member, Northwards Housing, Manchester City Council ALMO, member Board of Trustees of Kingdom Life Ministries, member Board of Trustee, NigerianAffairs.com and founding chairman, Editorial Board of Brand faces.. He has published a book and co-authored another one namely Buy Shares, Own a Business, (2004) and Forming a Successful Investment Club (2004) respectively.
He oversees 21 full-time employees and 11 consultants and partners who deliver on the company’s projects.
